Nantucket Triathlon

The Nantucket Triathlon returned to the island Saturday with a turnout of roughly 600 racers. The race started at Jetties Beach with a quarter-mile swim, then continued for a 13.4-mile bike ride to Madaket and back, and concluded with a 3.4-mile run ending at Jetties. Nantucket resident Beau Garufi took home first place for a third straight year, finishing the course in just over an hour.
