This year's 30th annual Dreamcatcher fundraiser for Palliative & Supportive Care of Nantucket, or PASCON, took place over the weekend at Nantucket Yacht Club. The event featured cocktails, a raw bar, hors d'oeuvres, and live music. Among memorable moments during the event were sunset tribute dedications to those we love and those who have made a difference in our lives. PASCON provides physical, psychological, social, and spiritual care for persons with life-threatening illness and their families.
