Festival of Trees

The Nantucket Historical Association's Whaling Museum has been transformed into a winter wonderland for the 30th annual Festival of Trees, a community event featuring dozens of festively decorated evergreens by island nonprofits, artists, children, and local merchants. Festivalgoers gathered at the museum Thursday for a preview party, marking the beginning of the holiday season and providing an early opportunity to admire the Christmas trees in person. The trees remain on display through the month of December.
