Halloween Parade

Downtown was the place to be on Halloween, as hundreds of costumed adults and children gathered for The Inquirer and Mirror's annual parade up Main Street. Participants arrived around 3 pm for a costume contest before making their way up the cobblestones and toward Centre Street. Local businesses joined in the fun, handing out candy and treats to delighted trick-or-treaters.
