Nantucket by Design

Last week was a special one on Nantucket for those who love antiques and design. Nantucket by Design, the premier summer fundraiser for Nantucket Historical Association, took place with keynote speakers, panel discussions, social gatherings, and more, at the Whaling Museum, White Elephant Hotel, and in private locations around the island.
Nantucket by Design co-chairs Bill Richards and Marla Sanford assured attendees an "incredible roster of design leaders," and they delivered on that promise. On Tuesday, renowned interior designer Ken Fulk appeared at the White Elephant as keynote speaker and held a book signing for his latest publication, Ken Fulk: The Movie in My Mind.
This year's design luncheon, also held at the White Elephant, included a discussion between Aerin Lauder and Mark D. Sikes, moderated by Stellen Volandes, editor-in-chief of Town & Country.
