Nantucket Island Fair

The annual Nantucket Island Fair was held over the weekend at the Nantucket Ice community rink on Backus Lane. The fair had originally been scheduled for Tom Nevers Field, but organizers moved it indoors due to weather. Despite the shift in location, the fair featured everything as planned — goats, alpacas, donkeys, and pigs, along with artisans, competitions, food vendors, and games including hot pepper eating. Entertainment included live music, Nanpuppets, and a scavenger hunt.
