Baxter Waldman Charity Ride

Dozens of bikers hit the roads of Nantucket over the weekend for a memorial ride in honor of Baxter Waldman, the Nantucket High School student who died in a motorcycle accident last December. The ride ran from Milestone Road through town, then swung out to Polpis Road and into 'Sconset, ending at the VFW, where friends, classmates, teachers, and members of the wider community gathered for lunch and conversation. All funds raised from the charity event will go towards the Baxter Waldman Memorial Scholarship Fund.
