Photographer Hoenk also got up close with colorful flora at several featured decorative gardens as part of the inspiring Nantucket Garden Festival. The annual event, now in its 15th year, celebrates the practice and art of gardening and garden design, all to benefit Nantucket Lighthouse School, which calls itself “a community of children, families, and educators.”
