Kite-Flying Fundraiser

A kite-flying fundraiser event was held Sunday in Tom Nevers to benefit the Ladies Union Circle, an organization of women dedicated to raising funds for the First Congregational Church of Nantucket and local community members in need. Founded in 1846, the LUC holds the distinction of being the oldest continuous church service group in the U.S.
